This page covers homes in New Kent County, Virginia. Central Virginia Regional MLS (CVR MLS) is the MLS we commonly use for New Kent listings.
A flat fee MLS listing gives your New Kent property MLS exposure while you remain responsible for the decisions: setting the price, scheduling showings, and reviewing and negotiating offers.
New Kent County lies east of Henrico County, between the Pamunkey and York rivers to the north and the Chickahominy River to the south. It has no incorporated towns, so homes throughout the county fall under county government. The county seat is New Kent Court House, and Interstate 64 crosses the county between Richmond and Williamsburg. Communities such as Quinton and Providence Forge are unincorporated parts of the county, and much of New Kent remains rural.
