This page covers homes in Goochland County, Virginia. Central Virginia Regional MLS (CVR MLS) is the MLS we commonly use for Goochland listings.
A flat fee MLS listing gives your Goochland property MLS exposure while you remain responsible for the decisions: setting the price, scheduling showings, and reviewing and negotiating offers.
Goochland County lies west of Henrico County along the north bank of the James River. It has no incorporated towns, so homes throughout the county fall under county government, and its county seat is Goochland Court House. Communities such as Manakin-Sabot, Crozier and Oilville are unincorporated parts of the county, and the West Creek business area sits in its eastern end. Some eastern Goochland homes carry Richmond-area mailing addresses even though they are outside Henrico County.
