This page covers homes in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Central Virginia Regional MLS (CVR MLS) is the MLS we commonly use for Chesterfield listings.
A flat fee MLS listing gives your Chesterfield property MLS exposure while you remain responsible for the decisions: setting the price, scheduling showings, and reviewing and negotiating offers.
Chesterfield County lies south of the City of Richmond, between the James and Appomattox rivers. It has no incorporated towns, so homes throughout the county fall under county government, and its county seat is the community of Chesterfield Court House. Communities such as Midlothian, Chester and Bon Air are unincorporated parts of the county. Many Chesterfield County homes carry Richmond, North Chesterfield or Midlothian mailing addresses, so the address on your mail doesn't always say which county a home is in.
